Private Investigations
White Hill offers private bookings for experienced teams of paranormal enthusiasts.
You and your team will have the opportunity to experience and investigate White Hill Mansion privately for five to eight hours overnight.
During private investigations, no other groups or visitors other than your team members will be in the mansion with you. You will get a tour of the mansion with includes an account of the history and safety protocols. The rest of the evening is left for you to investigate.

Friday & Saturday nights
7pm - 2am: $550 up to 10 people
We do not employ scare actors to jump out to scare you. White Hill maintains its identity as a historic site with authentic paranormal experiences.

Know before you go
Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date at White Hill Mansion. Bookings can be made directly from our HAUNTS page. An invoice detailing your balance will be emailed to you. Your balance must be paid before your investigation.
Transfers
Your deposit is non-refundable but transferable to a new date. To avoid a fee, you must request a transfer date at least two weeks before your investigation date. If needed, you can contact White Hill at whitehillinfo@gmail.com.
Building Info
The gates open at 7:00 p.m. The building has heat and electricity, but no running water. There is a trailer with bathroom facilities on site. Please note that there are cameras with video and audio on site.
Staff will be on premises, and you may leave at any time. You are not locked in.
Rules
Smoking Areas
Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside the gate or the building. Please help us keep the property clean by using the designated areas outside.
Closed Off Areas
A few areas on the property are forbidden for your safety. Please do not enter these marked areas.
Drugs/Alcohol Prohibited
Drugs and alcohol are strictly forbidden. Any
one under the influence will be asked to leave immediately
without a refund
18+ Only
No children under the age of 18 are allowed unless prior permission has been granted.
Respect Property
Please respect the property while it is under restoration. That includes taking your trash with you when you leave.
