We engage in history
By participating in fairs, fates, and festivals, FoWHM reaches out to the community to communicate the importance of New Jersey's exciting beginnings.
Hang out in a haunted mansion, dress up, dine, and laugh at one of our murder mystery parties! Who knows who may join the party.
We party like its 1929
Bring a friend and join us for BYOB paint and craft parties with lessons for all kinds of projects. Tours of the mansion are offered afterward.
We indulge in the arts
Ahoy! Ye ne'er know when ye be goin' t' meet a pirate. Every lad 'n lass should 'ave handy some breeches, waistcoats, stockin', 'n drawers. Ye jus' ne'er know when an occasion will arise.
We parley with pirates
During two separate digs, Monmouth University discovered over 60,000 artifacts and tracked the pathway of the tunnels that led from the mansion to the Delaware River.
We get down and dirty
We welcome students, senators, scouts and others to participate in various community projects.
We communicate with the community
Your support enables the Friends to hold events, apply for grants and helps us reach out to the community to aid in better understanding their history and their roots.
